Join Becki Casey (Tuesdays/5:30pm) and Tina Whaley (Thursdays/6:00pm) in the Aerobics Room for this fitness dance class!
Tailored specifically for individuals living with Parkinson's disease, this class combines a supportive community atmosphere with targeted exercises designed to enhance mobility, flexibility, and overall physical function.
Certified Rock Steady Coach Megan Trella leads the class, and it is held every Tuesday from 2:30pm-4:00pm in the aerobics room.

Golden CROSS Class
Discover the joy of staying active and vibrant with our Golden CROSS Class. Designed to meet the unique needs of older adults, this class offers a welcoming environment where participants can engage in exercises designed to enhance strength, flexibility, and balance.
It is led by instructor Kim Shannon and held Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9am in the aerobics room.
